REEL BASKET is a series of baskets crafted taking inspiration from the property of clay resin hardening over time. The process involves intertwining soft linear foam with wire, shaping them together, and then allowing them to harden. Just as flexible flowing elements such as rope or cloth harden momentarily, KUO DUO focused on creating baskets that provide a new sense of illusion in space. As the flowing lines are woven together to form the structure, they emit unexpected dynamic movement and vibrant rhythms.
